This is the Ethiopian government’s illegal killing and massacre of its citizens.

Citizens have the right to peacefully claim their rights. Following this, the killing of our citizens is only a matter of citizens protesting and demanding their rights in accordance with the constitution!  Following this, the current government has committed massacres of civilians and the people of Ethiopia, as well as genocide.  And the illegal government of Dr. Abiy Ahmed Ali  is leading the country by oppressing and forcing citizens, as well as abducting and killing citizens.  According to the constitution, citizens have the right to vote peacefully.  This is:
 Article 9/1 of the Constitution states: “The Constitution is the supreme law of the land.  Any law, custom, or decision of any government body or authority that is inconsistent with this Constitution shall not apply. ”
Doesn’t the government have a duty to uphold the rule of law and uphold the rule of law?  Because the government that is running the country itself is not subject to law and constitutional order!  The whole Ethiopian people are witnessing that he has not even complied with the court order to prove it!  So how can I be a citizen safeguard if the government does not violate the law and the constitution?  By what legal means?
የኢትዮጵያ መንግሥት በሀገሪቱ ህዝብ ላይ የፈጸመው ግድያና ግፍ ነው።
ዜጎች በሰላማዊ መንገድ መብቱ እንዲከበርላቸው የጠየቀውን ሰላማዊ ህዝብ ስልፍ በመውጣት ስለጠየቁ ብቻ በህዝቡ ላይ ሃገሪቱን የሚመራ መንግሥት የፈጸመው ግፍ ግድያና ጭፍጨፋ የዘር ማጥፋት የመንግስት ድርጊት ነው።እና ዜጎችን በጭቆና በሀይል በመግደል ሃገሪቱን እየመራ ይገኛል። በህገመንግስት መሰረት ዜጎች በሰላማዊ መንገድ ድምጻቸውን የማሰማት መብት እንዳላቸው በህገመንግስቱ ተደንግጓል። ይህም፦
በሕገ መንግሥቱ አንቀጽ 9/1 “ሕገ መንግሥቱ የሀገሪቱ የበላይ ሕግ ነው፡፡ ማንኛውም ሕግ፣ ልማዳዊ አሰራር እንዲሁም የመንግሥት አካል ወይንም ባለሥልጣን ውሳኔ ከዚህ ሕገ መንግሥት ጋር የሚቃረን ከሆነ ተፈጻሚነት አይኖረውም” ተብሎ ተደንግጓልና፡፡ይህ ሆኖሳለ መንግስት የዜጎችን ህገመንግስታዊ መብቶች በመጣስ ዜጎችን ገድለዋል ጨፍጭፈዋል።
መንግስት የዜጎችን ደህንነት ለመጠበቅና ህግን ለማስከበር የሚቀድመው እራሱ ህግን ማክበርና የሕግ የበላይነትን የመጠበቅ ግዴታ የለበትም? ምክንያቱም በራሱም ሀገሪቱን እየመራት ያለው መንግሥት ለ ህግና ሕገመንግስታዊ ስርዓቶች ተገዢ አይደለምና! ለዚህም እንደማስረጃ ለመግለጽ የፍርድ ቤትን ትዕዛዝ እንኳ የማያከብር ስለመሆኑን መላው የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ምስክር ነውና! ስለሆነም መንግስት ለሕግና ሕገመንግሥቱን የጣሰና ተገዢ ባልሆነበት ሁኔታ እንዴት የዜጎችን ደህንነት ጠባቂ ልሆን ይችላል? በምንስ የህግ አግባብ?
