የኢትዮጵያ መንግሥት በሀገሪቱ በሰላማዊ መንገድ ድምጻቸውን በስልፍ ስለጠየቁ ብቻ በህዝቡ ላይ ሃገሪቱን የሚመራው መንግሥት የፈጸመው ግፍ ግድያና ጭፍጨፋ የዘር ማጥፋት የመንግስት ድርጊት ነው። እና ዜጎችን በጭቆና በሀይል በመግደል ሃገሪቱን እየመራ ይገኛል። በህገመንግስት መሰረት ዜጎች በሰላማዊ መንገድ ድምጻቸውን የማሰማት መብት እንዳላቸው በህገመንግስቱ ተደንግጓል። ይህም፦በሕገ መንግሥቱ አንቀጽ 9/1 “ሕገ መንግሥቱ የሀገሪቱ የበላይ ሕግ ነው፡፡ ማንኛውም ሕግ፣ ልማዳዊ አሰራር እንዲሁም የመንግሥት አካል ወይንም ባለሥልጣን ውሳኔ ከዚህ ሕገ መንግሥት ጋር የሚቃረን ከሆነ ተፈጻሚነት አይኖረውም” ተብሎ ተደንግጓልና፡፡

Doesn’t the government have a duty to uphold the rule of law and uphold the rule of law? Because the government that is running the country itself is not subject to law and constitutional order! The whole Ethiopian people are witnessing that he has not even complied with the court order to prove it! So how can I be a citizen safeguard if the government does not violate the law and the constitution? By what legal means?
